## What it does

An additional preservation layer for SILK NIACINAMIDE, which contains a richer profile of active proteins. Naturally occurring in fruits including cranberries, plums, and apples.

## Why we chose it

SILK NIACINAMIDE contains nine ingredients, including Hydrolyzed Silk protein at a meaningful concentration. Active proteins benefit from additional microbial protection. Sodium Benzoate provides this at a level far below the EU maximum of 2.5%, working in full synergy with Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin.

Works in full synergy with Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin for comprehensive protection. Approved food additive at concentrations far exceeding cosmetic use levels. EU cosmetic maximum 2.5%.
