Request deletion of your personal data
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This form starts that process. We will verify your email, then complete the deletion within 30 days.
What happens next
After you submit your email, we send you a 6-digit code. Entering that code confirms you own the email address. Once verified, we remove your data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and Judge.me within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
What we must retain
Order invoices and tax-relevant records are retained for 7 years under Austrian tax law (BAO §132). This is a legal obligation and cannot be overridden by a deletion request.
Third-party data we cannot recall
If you have visited the site with marketing cookies accepted, conversion events may have been sent to Meta, Pinterest, and Google Analytics. Those events cannot be recalled after the fact, but no further events will be sent after your deletion.
