Yes. All three serums are dermatologically patch tested, fragrance-free, and formulated without common irritants: no fragrance, no alcohol, no silicones, no colorants, no parabens. Patch testing on 30 subjects recorded zero irritation or allergic reactions across all three formulas. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, please always ask your dermatologist first.
Yes. All serums are dermatologically tested, formulated without common irritants, fragrance, and drying alcohols. If you have a specific skin condition, consult your dermatologist first.
In very dry or cold environments, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid can draw moisture from deeper skin layers if there is not enough atmospheric humidity available. This is a real phenomenon. Our formulation addresses it in two ways: the three-weight spectrum includes low molecular weight HA that penetrates into the skin rather than sitting on the surface. We highly recommend always following the serum with a moisturizer or cream to seal in the hydration. In dry climates or winter, this step is especially important.
Discontinue use immediately and rinse the area with cool water. Although reactions are rare with our minimal formulations, individual sensitivities vary. Contact us at - we take every report seriously.
In most cases, it means a product was applied to a small group of subjects and no one reported a reaction. The term has no standardized legal definition in the EU, and it is often used as a marketing phrase with little substance behind it. Our testing is specific and documented. Each formula was patch tested on 30 adult volunteers by an independent dermatologist, following the Declaration of Helsinki protocol. Skin reactions were assessed at 48 and 72 hours, measuring erythema, oedema, and scaling. Zero irritation or allergic reactions were recorded across all three formulas. We say \u201Cdermatologically tested\u201D because we have the documentation to back it up.
All three serums are formulated without retinoids, salicylic acid, hydroquinone, and other ingredients typically avoided during pregnancy. The main active ingredients (hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, marine collagen, hydrolyzed silk) are considered safe for topical use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. As with any skincare change during pregnancy, we recommend consulting your physician or midwife first.
A brief, mild tingling can occur when introducing a new active serum, particularly if your skin barrier is compromised. This typically passes within a few minutes and should not persist. If redness or tingling continues for more than 5 to 10 minutes, or if you experience burning or swelling, rinse with cool water and discontinue use. Contact us at and we will help identify the cause.
Yes. All three serums contain no added fragrance and no EU-declarable fragrance allergens. The INCI lists are published in full on every product page. If you have a specific sensitivity to any ingredient, the complete ingredient database at /ingredients provides full disclosure on every component.
Our serums are compatible with most prescription skincare treatments including tretinoin, adapalene, and topical antibiotics. Hyaluronic acid is specifically recommended by many dermatologists as hydration support alongside retinoid treatments, as it helps buffer the dryness and irritation retinoids often cause. Apply the serum first to damp skin, allow it to absorb, then proceed with your prescription product. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, please always ask your dermatologist first.
No. None of the three serums contain alcohol (ethanol or denatured alcohol). We formulated without drying alcohols (ethanol, denatured alcohol) because they can dehydrate and stress the skin barrier, particularly in skin that has become more sensitive over time. The full exclusion reasoning is at /ingredients.
Each formula was independently patch tested on 30 adult volunteers by a licensed dermatologist. The testing follows the Declaration of Helsinki protocol, the international ethical standard for human subject research. Patches were applied to the skin and assessed at 48 and 72 hours, measuring erythema, oedema, and scaling. Zero irritation or allergic reactions were recorded across all three formulas and all 30 subjects. Full test documentation is part of each product's Product Information File and is available upon request.
Preservatives in skincare exist to protect formulas from three threats: air exposure, UV degradation, and contamination from use. Every time a standard pump or jar is opened, air enters the product. Oxygen oxidizes active ingredients, degrades performance over time, and creates microbial risk. Our airless system eliminates that entirely. No air enters the bottle at any point during use. Light is the second threat. UV exposure breaks down actives quietly and irreversibly throughout a product's shelf life. Our opaque bottle and UV-blocking inner components shield the formula from the moment it is filled to the moment it reaches your skin. The third threat is direct contamination. With jars and open-neck bottles, fingers and skin bacteria enter the formula every day. Our precision pump dispenses without any contact between your skin and the serum inside. What you do not touch, you cannot contaminate. Remove all three threats through packaging design and you no longer need chemistry to compensate for them. That is why our preservation system is minimal, and why a shorter, cleaner ingredient list is possible in the first place.
