Should I apply the serum to damp or dry skin?

Damp skin. After cleansing, do not towel-dry completely. Slightly damp skin absorbs active ingredients significantly better. Do not leave skin bare for more than 60 seconds after cleansing before applying. Read our application tips for the best possible outcome at /how-to-use.

How do I use the serum?

Can I use all three serums together?

Yes. All three serums are formulated to work together without pilling or interaction issues. If using two: apply SILK NIACINAMIDE last, always. Its silk finish works best as the final serum layer. PURE then SILK, COLLAGEN then SILK, or PURE then COLLAGEN. Let the first serum absorb for about 60 seconds before applying the second. Prefer simplicity? Split them: one serum in the morning, one in the evening.

Can I use multiple serums together?

Yes. Our serums are formulated to complement each other. Apply the thinnest texture first. For best results, use one serum in the morning and a different one in the evening, or layer them — thinnest to thickest.

Can I combine this with retinol or vitamin C?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All three serums are compatible with retinol, vitamin C, and most active skincare routines. With retinol: apply the serum first, let it absorb, then apply retinol. The hydration layer helps buffer potential irritation. With vitamin C: apply vitamin C first (it has a lower pH and should go on freshly cleansed skin), then the serum. With prescription tretinoin: follow your dermatologist's routine instructions. Our serums are compatible, but prescribed regimens take priority.

How long does one bottle last?

Each 50ml bottle delivers approximately 150 pumps. At 2 to 3 pumps per application (face only), that is 50 to 75 applications. At 4 to 5 pumps covering face, neck, and décolleté (which we recommend), it is 30 to 37 applications. In daily use, one bottle lasts between 5 and 10 weeks depending on application area and frequency.

Yes, for most skin. Our serums are actives, not occlusives. They deliver hydration into the skin. A moisturizer seals it in. Apply the serum first, let it absorb for about 60 seconds, then follow with your cream. In the morning, always finish with SPF. If your skin is oily or you prefer a lighter routine, HYALURON PURE can sometimes function as a standalone step in warmer months. Assess your skin's response.

Can I use the serum under makeup?

Yes. All three serums absorb beautifully and leave no sticky residue. SILK NIACINAMIDE in particular leaves a silk-smooth finish that works well as a makeup base. Wait until the serum is fully absorbed before applying moisturizer or SPF, then proceed with makeup as usual.

If you are not satisfied with your serum within 30 days of receiving it, we will refund the full purchase price. No minimum content requirement. The guarantee applies also to opened products. It applies to first-time customers purchasing individual serums (not Sets or Duos). To initiate a return, email  or ask our chatbot here on the website with your order number. We process the refund within 14 days of receiving the product back.

We ship to all EU member states. The only country we do not ship to is Switzerland, due to customs complexity outside the EU. We do not ship outside of the EU. Your checkout will confirm your shipping zone automatically.

Can I return an opened serum?

Under EU law, cosmetics with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. However, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee goes beyond the legal minimum: first-time customers purchasing single serums can return opened products within 30 days for a full refund. Sets and Duos are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee but are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal if unsealed.
